General Thaddeus E. “”Thunderbolt”” Ross (also known as the Red Hulk) is a fictional character who appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics featuring the Hulk. He is a former United States Air Force officer and a General in the United States Army. He is the father of Betty Ross and the father-in-law of Bruce Banner, the alter ego of the Hulk.
